Before ordering, please read this policy in its entirety.

Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. If you are requesting changes, additions or alterations to a garment, we will contact you with your final price. The prices on the website do not include sales taxes, import or export duties value added taxes, or any other similar charges. Shipping and handling fees will calculated separately from the garment prices.

Payment

All payments must be in U.S. dollars. We accept money orders, checks, VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover®. Please add 5 business days to the delivery time of your order if you are paying by check. A service fee of $25.00 will be charged for any check returned by your bank. Please make check or money order payable to: Revella Skatewear™.

No order will be accepted until payment has been received from the customer.

Delivery

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery for most items. Items on the Practice Wear Page usually ship within 2 to 8 business days. If you would like to pay additional shipping charges for shipping your order faster than UPS Ground, please contact us. Estimated delivery times are in no way intended to reflect an actual ship date. Revella Skatewear™ is not liable for the Shipper’s delays, incorrect deliveries, or exact time of delivery. If an order has more than one item we may choose to deliver those items separately and at different times.The risk of loss or damage to the garment(s) transfers to the customer once the shipper has possession of the order; therefore any loss or damage that occurs during shipping or delivery is the responsibility of the customer. Revella Skatewear™ is not responsible for any loss or harm caused by a delay in delivery. Revella Skatewear™ will not ship to a P.O. box or shipping agent address. Revella Skatewear™ is not liable for any delay or failure to deliver the customer’s order in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, water, draught, war, acts of terrorism, civil disturbance, failure of power, supplier’s or shipper’s failure to deliver goods.

Terms and Conditions

By using this website, placing an order online, by phone, fax or mail, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to read this Policy in its entirety before using this website or placing an order.

Revella Skatewear™ shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue / earnings, punitive damages, consequential or indirect damages, or any other typ of loss or damage cause by use of this website or purchase of Revella Skatewear™ products.

Custom Designed Garments

Using "Get Started"

The "Get Started" item is located at the bottom of the Competition Wear Page and also on the Mens & Boys Wear Page. Purchase this item when you are ready to have Revella Skatewear™ work with you on the design for your next garment. The fee for this item allows you to receive up to five designs per garment. This item must be purchase each time you have a new garment to be designed, or if your design quantities exceed five per garment. Each design is an artistic rendering of the garment to be made and includes but is not limited to: color, pricing, fabric suggestions, crystal suggestion and other recommendations. The design is in no way intended to be an exact indication of the finished garment including but not limited to: proportion, color, fit, fabrics, quantity or size of crystals.

Under no circumstances with the "Get Started" Fee be divided between garments with the exception of team orders as defined below.

Under no circumstances will the "Get Started" Fee be refunded, including but not limited to the following circumstances: the customer receiving fewer than five designs per garment, or the customer being dissatisfied with the designs.

The "Get Started" Fee in no way grants permission to the Customer to use, sell, trade, or otherwise possess ownership of the design created by Revella Skatewear™. The "Get Started" Fee in no way grants the sale of ownership of any of the designs to the purchasing customer. The "Get Started" Fee will not reduce the price of the garment that is being designed. The "Get Started" Fee will not reduce the price of the Custom Fit Fee if the customer orders a custom fit. Even if the customer supplies their own sketches, photographs, or description; they must purchase the "Get Started" Fee to begin working with Revella Skatewear™ on their design.

Revella Skatewear™ does NOT guarantee that any particular design is exclusive to any particular customer.

"Your Own Design" is step two in the process of purchasing a Custom Designed Garment. After you have selected the designed garment, purchase the "Your Own Design" item. For more information, please read "How To Order".

Requests for changes to garments shown on the Revella Skatewear™ website not incurring the "Get Started" Fee will be limited to: change of fabric and/or color, length of skirt hem, exchange of stock skirt styles, and sleeve length. These changes may have individual fees to be determines at the time of the request.

Once the customer has approved the Design for purchase, the order cannot be canceled for any reason. The customer is committed to paying for the designed garment(s) upon accepting the Design. Please be sure of your size and color choices. Designed garment orders / purchases are final.

Custom Designed Garments

Please allow ample time for the design process, production & delivery. There is no rush ordering available on Custom Design garments. Color design images are sent to your email address with pricing information and fabric suggestions. Fabric samples are free and will be sent through US mail if you provide your mailing address. Please allow three to ten days before receiving your design via email after Revella Skatewear™ has received your "Get Started" Fee.

Please fee free to give us as much information as possible about how you want your garment to look. If you wish, you can send us your music. All music becomes the property of Revella Skatewear™ with no guarantee of return to you. Feel free to send us your drawings or your coach's drawings or written description via email, fax, or US mail. All materials sent in become the property of Revella Skatewear™ with no guarantee of return to you.

Once the customer has approved the Design for purchase, the order cannot be canceled for any reason. The customer is committed to paying for the designed garment(s) upon accepting the Design. Please be sure of your size and color choices. Designed garment orders / purchases are final.

Custom Fit Garments

Revella Skatewear™ offers a uniquely large selection of standard sizes, but you may find that you still need your purchase to be Custom Fit in order to look and feel your best. If you choose to order a Custom Fit garment(s), you are bound by the following conditions:

The cost of the Custom Fit service is $30.00 per garment. Under no circumstances will the Custom Fit fee ever be refunded to you. Most two-piece outfits require only one Custom Fit fee – please inquire. Custom fit garments CANNOT be returned for refund or exchange. Please request a Measurement Form (specify boy or girl), complete it and mail, fax, or e-mail it back to us. If you have questions about how to take any of the measurements, contact us. Be sure to be accurate, and do not “add room” into the measurements as this will cause an improper fit. Rather, tell us how you would like the garment to fit.
 
If the customer fails to send information regarding how they wish the Custom Fit garment to fit (i.e.: loose, comfortable, snug, or tight), the customer will receive a garment with what Revella Skatewear™ believes is a comfortable fit. If the customer provides inaccurate measurements, customer shall not hold Revella Skatewear™ liable for the customer’s dissatisfaction with the Custom Fit. In such a case, the customer will have to pay all fees for alterations to be made to said garment(s). The customer shall hold Revella Skatewear™ harmless against all losses, damages, costs, and expenses incurred by the customer including, but not limited to the wearing and use of the Custom Fit garment(s).

The customer has a period of two weeks from delivery to request alterations to the fit of a Custom Fit garment(s). The customer has 30 days from date of delivery to return Custom Fit garment(s) to Revella Skatewear™ for said alterations. The customer will pay all shipping charges incurred for said alterations. The customer must provide accurate and detailed written information about the alterations requested by customer. Revella Skatewear™ will alter the garment(s) according to your written specifications. The customer will pay for any and all further or future requests for alterations to said garment(s).

Custom Color / Fabric Garments

Any Revella Skatewear™ on-line garment can be ordered in your choice of colors and fabrics - limitations apply*. Next to each item on our website is the color choice drop down box. This box contains the option for “Custom”. Choose the “Custom” option when you want to purchase the garment in a color(s) or fabric(s) not listed in the drop down box. Please view our on-line Colors and Fabrics Page to see available choices. Then, leave us a note in the Text Box when you order on-line to let us know what your choices are. Occasionally, a Custom Color or Fabric choice will affect the price of the garment – please inquire. Selecting Custom Colors or Fabrics for your garment may delay the shipping of your order.

We highly recommend that you request free fabric samples before ordering. Garments ordered with Custom Color(s) or Fabric(s) CANNOT be returned for refund or exchange for any reason.
 
* Limitations include, but are not limited to: temporarily out of stock fabrics, discontinued fabrics, requests for non-existing fabrics, and requests for fabrics that can alter the fit of a garment. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for Custom Colors and / or Fabrics for any reason.

Return Policy for Practice wear

Garments may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day it/they was/were shipped from Revella Skatewear™, provided the garment(s) have not been damaged, worn, washed or altered and still have all original tags attached. Revella Skatewear™ does not refund shipping and handling fees for any reason. Requests for refunds or exchanges after the 30 days will be absolutely refused. Garments decorated with crystal packages cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If you are not sure of the correct size, order the garment without crystals first.

If the practice garment(s) is being used for sizing purposes only, we will be happy to credit your intended purchase (excluding any shipping and handling fees) when the practice garment(s) is returned to Revella Skatewear™. We must receive the practice garment(s) back within 30 days and PRIOR to work commencing on your intended purchase in order for you to receive this credit.

You must contact us BEFORE returning any garment for any reason. If a garment needs alterations, the customer will pay for all shipping / handling fees as well as all alteration fees.

Return Policy for Choice Collection and Revella Skatewear™ Competition garments

Garments may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day the garment(s) shipped from Revella Skatewear™, provided they have not been damaged, worn, washed or altered and still have all original tags attached. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Requests for refunds or exchanges after the 30 days will be absolutely refused. Garments decorated with crystal packages cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If you are not sure of the correct size, order the garment without crystals first.

You must contact us BEFORE returning any garment for any reason. If a garment needs alterations, the customer will pay for all shipping fees as well as all alteration fees.

Return Policy for Custom Fit

Garments may NOT be returned for refund or exchange.

Return Policy for Custom Designed garments

Garments may NOT be returned for refund or exchange. Please be certain of your size when ordering, as we will NOT exchange a Custom Designed garment due to the wrong size. We highly recommend purchasing a practice garment to try on for size before ordering your Custom Design. Please see the Return Policy section on Practice wear.

Return Policy – General Information

Please contact us BEFORE returning any garment for any reason. If a garment needs alterations, the customer will pay for all shipping fees as well as all alteration fees.

Please return the garment(s) in the original box or similar box. If returned garment(s) arrive damaged due to shipping or poor packaging, no refund or exchange will be given. 

Customized stock garments cannot be returned for refund or exchange. ‘Customized’ refers to ALL and ANY of a customer’s requested changes or alterations to the garments offered on our website.

Garments decorated with crystal packages cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If you are not sure of the correct size, order the garment without crystals first.

We reserve the right to discontinue colors, fabrics, and garments without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing prior to accepting an order.

In the event that a customer receives a garment(s) with any manufacturing defect(s), the customer must notify Revella Skatewear™ within 30 days of the day the garment was shipped from Revella Skatewear™. We will then have the option to replace the garment(s) with the same or similar garment(s). We have no liability for defective garments beyond the direct cost of replacement of the garment(s). Requests for refunds or exchanges after the 30 days will be absolutely refused. Revella Skatewear™ does not refund shipping and handling fees for any reason.

Garments without their original tags still attached cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Substitutions

Revella Skatewear™ reserves the right to substitute colors and fabrics when the originally photographed or illustrated colors and fabrics are not available. We will try to use similar colors and quality of fabrics. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.

Alterations

Altered garments cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Not all alterations will incur a fee, however the customer must pay all shipping and handling charges involved. Washington state customers will be required to pay all applicable taxes. Please contact us for information, pricing and a return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any alteration request.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Revella Skatewear™ reserves the right to amend, change, alter or remove any portion of this Policy at any time.
